Commission Based Licensed Electrician: This is a new position, designed for a person with a strong sales ability. Able to work with others or alone. Must have great customer relations skills. Must also be able to be on 24-hour rotating emergency call schedule. Commission Based Electrical Service Sales Person: Must have a strong knowledge of electrical service and installation background. Commission Based Generator Sales Person: Willing to train right person. Commission base positions do receive a base hourly wage and then are paid commissions on sales or services  sold. This allows our staff to increase their salaries when they are able to work more efficiently and build relationships with our customers.
